Not a great experience, but with the help of their manager, not a absolutely terrible one.In June I started having troubles with my 20 year old HVAC. Something I had been expecting for a long time. A tech came by to fix the issue, but said he didn't know how long the fix would last. So, we decided to go ahead and schedule a date to replace the entire HVAC system since we had a newborn at the house and he said with the way everything is there can be a long wait.Fast forward to the replacement date, the techs were nice, ran into some troubles, but it was replaced that day. My daughter who lives in Mt Pleasant bought a townhouse and I was visiting helping to get a few things worked on. I knew I needed an HVAC company but had zero experience w/ any in the area. I submitted a Yelp query and quickly heard back from Lisa. I explained what I needed and she scheduled an appt to assess and talk estimates. Corey arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed two intake vents replaced, one was a custom size. And I needed 12 "boots" and grates replaced on the vents.
