I was very impressed with the turnaround time with my dry clean from drop off Thursday 5/11 to Monday 5/15 and when I went to pick up my dry cleaning on Tuesday 5/16. They pulled my phone number and found my clothes, I paid in full for the 9 items I dropped off . Since they were all hung in 5 hangers with the plastic to project them and I was charged the full amount I only assumed I would be getting all my clothes back . I'm only writing this because today 5/18 2 days after picked them up, in pulling the hangers apart I notice the 3 shirts were not included. I hoping the 3 express shirts I didn't receive was a simple error . I dropped off in total 9 items and receive 6 back.. I would assume this would be a simple fix and was wondering if so someone could reach out to me in regards of this. I do understand things happen so if someone could call me to how to retrieve them I would by much appreciated. Much appreciated!

On the Spot on Ben Sawyer Boulevard in Mount Pleasant is a great place to go for all things quality dry cleaning and much more. I have been happy with all of the services that they provided here. Good experience every time.

On the Spot is completely in house dry cleaning so your clothes can be turned around super quickly since they don't travel to a main cleaning facility like some other local competitors. Clothes stay where you drop them off and so 24 hour service is possible. Always high quality work and affordable too! Highly recommend.
