I am a retired family physician with 45 years of medical experience and needed urgent medical care for a somewhat complex medical issue while visiting in Mount Pleasant. I was delighted by the top-notch compassionate, thorough, and thoughtful care I received at MEDcare yesterday. From the warm, helpful greeting from Robin at check-in, to the immediate, thorough intake by the triage nurse Joanne, and finally the well-informed, thoughtful, personalized evaluation by the physician assistant Olivia, I feel I received the best possible, excellent medical care the way it is supposed to be delivered. Kudos and my sincere thanks to the whole team!

First visit, scheduled time slot and completed registration online, very efficient. Placed in exam room with vital signs, simple lab done, examined by NP with lab result, Dx made and Rx sent to pharmacy. Total time less than 45 minutes. Initial antibiotic on order and not available, MCUC called in alternative quickly to pharmacy. Definitely recommend seeking care here.
