This place is truly a gem! A few months ago, I needed a last minute appointment for my dog, Ziggs, and they were able to fit us in the same day. My husband and I can’t say enough great things about the vets/the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always makes the experience a positive one. Most importantly, they treat our Ziggs boy with such care. I couldn’t recommend a better place to bring your pets!
Dr. Epp and the team at Marsh Tide Vet have been amazing to me and my two pups, Sam and Larry. They're always compassionate, professional and genuinely interested in our well-being. I am in tears as I write this because the staff at Marsh Tide Veterinary Clinic have been so incredibly kind to me. I truly feel like I matter to them, like I'm part of their family. I owe them more than I can ever express. Dr. Epp and the entire team have gone above and beyond for me, especially when they helped bring my beloved cat, Lovely kitten’s into the world. They even worked with me on the finances when I needed it most. But what really brings me to tears is how they stood by me during one of the hardest times of my life. After a fire broke out in my apartment and I was recovering from surgery at the hospital, the staff took the initiative to go to my home and rescue my cats. They have been caring for my pets ever since. Recently, my dog had to be transferred to a trauma unit, and Dr. Epp told me, "Once she’s done there, bring her over, and I'll personally monitor her to make sure everything’s okay." They not only care for my pets like I would, but they’ve shown special care for me too. I will be a Marsh Tide client for life. This isn’t just the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to—these are the best people in the world. Their kindness and compassion have touched me deeply.
