Martha Archibald went over and above in helping us with our Dad's funeral. I had trouble reaching the priest to see if he could conduct the service. She called for the family and was able to get in touch with him. Also, my sister found a location error (in the obituary) and emailed Martha. Martha emailed back and had fixed it in an hour. I highly recommend Stuhr's.

It has been quite a while since I have been to the Stuhr's in Mt. Pleasant, as the funeral service for my mother, and then my brother and church members have been at their downtown Charleston location on Calhoun Street. This location does not have the old-world charm, but then again it is there for the families of the deceased which had a line of probably 50 people all wanting to pay their respects to the family, as did my wife and I. A well-suited place that also has a church-like chapel for those who want that part of the facility also. When my time comes, whether burial or cremation, it will be Stuhr's that handles it for my family.
