Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Despite some of the previous reviews written that I thankfully did not read beforehand, my experience was exceptional!! I was treated with care, respect, and afforded the attention any customer deserves. The front desk attendants were professional, patient, and helpful. My therapist was one of the best I have ever experienced being a seasoned massage customer. Reese understood my needs and went above and beyond with her care and attention. I left there refreshed, pain free, and relaxed. I highly recommend this location as a wonderful place to be pampered and genuinely cared for.

Today was an epic fail on the behalf of Hand and Stone Massage in Mt. Pleasant, SC. We arrived in town and decided to take advantage of a 50 minute couples massage gift that we received for Christmas. Came in on Wednesday (1/31/2024) evening to see if they had any availability. We were given a time of 2:45pm, today (2/1/2024). We were sent forms via email to complete for my husband (which we did) because it was his first time. I will say that we were informed to come 10 minutes early to complete the forms; however, we did what we thought were all the forms online.
