Definitely wished I trusted the other reviews about the owner Kim. An absolute nightmare to deal with. We had a quick engagement and then a Covid quarantine meant I could do my trial 22 days before the wedding. I was in tears because of Kim. She was rude and did a horrible job with my hair. She was constantly texting someone during my trial and acted though I was inconveniencing her. She slicked my hair back which I said I wanted it loose. She said it could not look like the inspo photo because my hair wasn't highlighted. Sad that I got stuck at work seeing patients and missed my appointment. By the time I left work I had an email 26 minutes after my appointment time that I was being charged $60 (my root touch up appointment was for $65) for a no show fee. When I contacted the salon they said their employee needed to be paid (well they needed to be paid too) I was told if I had only called they could have accommodated me…when was I supposed to call, while I was taking care of my patient?? And their website says 50% cancellation fee, but I didn’t want to cancel I just couldn’t leave work in time. So really all that should have come out was $30! But I guess they needed my half day’s... read full review

I’m so disappointed with the way my hair came out! I went in this morning for highlights. My stylist was Kiersten. I went in not sure what tone of blonde I wanted, but as we were talking about it, we decided that since I wanted it bright, we would go with an icy tone. We started doing the highlighting process and everything was going fine. After finishing up the process, the color was NOT was I wanted AT ALL. I came in wanting bright blonde color, and left with a darker than ASHY tone. My hair looks silver and I’m very unhappy with it. I will not be going back.
