I cannot say enough great things about the studio! I started going to exhale when my son was 7 weeks old. I was nervous and out of shape and Katie and her team make me feel so so comfortable in my new body and now 19 months later I feel stronger than ever. Highly recommend!
The BEST studio!! Instructors are so knowledgeable and so helpful. I had been struggling with lingering back issues after having my second child and struggling to find a way to strengthen my core without causing more damage. I am finally back pain free and feel SO much better. Plus the vibes are so welcoming and friendly :)
Exhale Pilates Studio is an amazing studio!! Fun, challenging workouts. Excellent instructors. I’ve been taking Pilates reformer and tower classes for many years and can’t say enough good things about Exhale. It’s my happy place!
