Absolutely amazing experience with Kristin. This was hands down the best facial I've ever had... she pampers you from head to toe. It's so apparent that she loves what she does and my skin has never looked better because of her expertise and attention to detail. Can't wait to come back to see her again!
Everything about Ella is DIVINE! From the moment I walked in the doors, I knew my experience was going to be unlike any other facial treatment I had received in the past. Unbelievably kind, thoughtful staff who quickly know you on a first name basis greet their clients with a friendly warm smile and welcome. Kristin is hands-down the best esthetician I have ever been to. She is beyond thorough and so incredibly knowledgeable. She worked with me extensively for 4 months and would not let me out of her sight until she had my skin clear. From someone that has experienced cystic acne on and off for years, been on accutane and every other topical/oral prescription, I was weary to believe anything or anyone could help me. But Kristin did! I am obsessed with the MBR skin care line Ella carries which is one of the few spas in the country to carry it! These products along with Kristin's magical facials have my skin glowing more than it ever has before. I am so so thrilled and grateful for all of the love and care Kristin and the rest of the lovely staff at Ella have showered on me. I cannot speak highly enough of this sweet space. It is truly a slice of heaven on earth.
