Matt is awesome. my computer went black on me and a busy Monday morning called Matt frantically and he had it fixed within 90 minutes. Also, he was very honest with me. He was let me know he didn’t know if he could get it back and running he told me he knew some tricks and would do his best. Bottom line Matt delivered got it back to me quickly and the computer is working perfectly

I'm highly pleased with CyndrTec and Cliff Toner's thoughtful approach to addressing the challenging issues created due to a semi-botched data transfer to my new laptop and workarounds that didn't work for me which were done by third parties. Cliff asked questions, understood what I needed to be able to do, and implemented solutions that got me up and running again in the way I needed. I greatly appreciate the integrity, honesty, can-do attitude, and useful information provided each time regarding issues or items to be aware of or to consider first when I've requested assistance then and since.
