They were assigned to my problem by my home warranty. I was skeptical due to previous contractors that had been sent here not listening and understanding the problem. Had been unable to use my heat or air upstairs for several years. They replaced my air handler in my very tight attic, installed proper drain pan and drain, installed float switches, and properly connected ducts. So far so good. Even followed up on a Sunday to see if it was working. Hoping no more problems, but if there are I am requesting them for follow up.
