The Instructors have created such an intelligent yoga experience. The power hour and the vinyasa classes are so challenging and rewarding. I 10/10 recommend coming here to push your yoga experience to the next level.
Stopped in for a "mobility" class this morning. The instructor was excellent and the class itself was very challenging in a good way. There were options provided for those at all levels. I would recommend this for any level of yogi looking for a flow.
I love this yoga studio. The instructors are great - very friendly and including. You always feel so welcome coming into the lobby. The classes are hard and sweaty, just how I want a hot yoga to be!
