Do not use Kat Drerup! She screwed us over on both sides of our buy and sell! On the buy side, she skipped over things we could've put in our offer, she wasn't present for our inspection and gave us zero guidance and advice even when we expressed our confusion with the contract. She was impossible to contact and communicate with, even knowing we were on a time constraint. She then made our house sale fall though when she backed out of the sale the day we went on vacation.
