After an incident with the electric company who came to exchange a gas meter and broke the AC unit, Joe came to my home for diagnostics. He quickly found the problem and helped with great information, photos, and video of the incident for me to forward to the electric company. Also, manager Chris kindly helped to expedite the claims process. I wouldn't call anyone else for my AC except C&C Myers who went out of their way to help me in a time of need.
David Gonzalez - HD did a vent cleaning and heating and cooling air conditioning service at my home. He came by himself, did a LONG days job well, and has my thanks for explaining things. 5 out of 5 for me.
We have a complete clog in our plumbing system and Allison went above and beyond to get a service technician out to us immediately. Unfortunately the fix didn’t work but again Allison scheduled an after hours visit for tonight to have the system jetted. Let’s hope it works. A big thanks to Allison for caring about the customer and going the extra mile to help us get the problem resolved!!!
