We have an old building in downtown Charleston, the roof structure is complicated and has both asphalt shingle and roll roofing materials. The roof leaked everywhere. We had tried patching it with no luck. Jerry gave us a fair quote and then his crew came in and didn’t mess around. They encountered a fair amount of rotted plywood which they replaced, also for a fair price. We’ve had zero problems since then.
