I’ve been to 843 countless of times in the last 6 years. Today was outstanding. They were completely booked and I had to wait the longest yet BUT Angelina, the receptionist, kept everyone happy. She ran around getting everyone drinks and was helping people pick out colors. She was wonderful. Then Danny did an A+ job on my dip hands and gel pedicure. He really took his time to make sure they looked extra special for an upcoming wedding of my son-in-law. TJ, your team needs to be taken out and celebrated!! Or given some extra time off. Ivy is amazing! She always takes incredible care of all of her customers! She is very knowledgeable and patient! Ivy pays attention to all the details, gives amazing massages and is always warm and welcoming! She has spoiled me and now I can’t go to anywhere else because they don’t measure up to her!
