Quick, reliable and on-time AND they know their stuff. I wish there were more ?s to give! Every time I call about any issues with my house or rental properties, Holsenback Services is quick to respond, diagnose the issue and have it fixed in no time. They have installed new units, fixed major problems and performed routine maintenance for many years. I will not use anyone else.
Had my unit serviced by McKenzie this winter and he was exceptionally polite and did an amazing job. Will be calling them seasonly from now on. They also installed my unit and was able to give me the best price available! Not to mention they are family owned and operated!
We had a 23 yr old A/C split unit that just couldn't keep up with these 100 degree days. They had to come out twice within a couple weeks to fix two separate issues. We decided it was time to replace. They got the new unit in with in a week. The Holsenback crew seems honest,, knowledgeable, professional , and looking out for the customer's best interest. It did take a little longer than first expected, but it worked out fine. They removed the old system and took it off for us and everything! Very pleased so far.
