Ola exceeded all expectations! He was professional, courteous and genuinely took the time to understand our unique situation as well as our future plans for our home and family! Ed performed a complete and thorough semi-annual preventative maintenance. A detailed invoice and maintenance checklist of work performed was provided. Thanks Ed and Rudd for keeping my HVAC unit running reliably and efficiently.
It’s a Holiday, but Rudd came out when we lost our cooling on a very hot day. It was a Capacitor, and Michael did the repair. We also signed up for their twice yearly maintenance as we are believers that it really helps. Thanks Rudd.
