Everyone there was very compassionate and kind on one of the worst days of our lives. We had a very hard decision to make and they showed us so much concern and consideration. They made the unbearable bearable. The next day they showed us genuine compassion by sending us lovely flowers and kind words of condolences.
I recently had to make the decision to send my first pet baby to college (rainbow bridge, to sleep etc). He was 17 years old and wasn’t doing well. Dr Glover and all of the staff were super attentive and considerate. Dr Glover cried with me as I said goodbye to my baby. Flowers were delivered within days and a card signed by all of the staff. Dr Glover and her staff is the only vet for our family.
After having a traumatizing experience at another local vet. Everyone at Live Oak was kind & compassionate. They listened to my concerns and made me feel better & I’m confident my furbabies are in good hands with them ❤️
