Very good experience with BMG.Patient with us through the selection process and many questions. One minor issue, measurement was off therefore one section had to laid after the initial installation. Reason I mentioned this is, BMG realized the error and took immediate care of the issue. Could not ask for more !!
The team that came out to install were very professional and quick. They answered any questions I had during the installation. This was the second time I used BMG and it was a pleasure able experience with no pressure. They let me take home samples to see what each would look like in my house that was very helpful. I will use them again in the future if I have any more flooring to do.
Everyone at BMG was politeCourteous and extremely helpful. They were able to find our hardwoods that we have on installed on our first floor so they could install the same stuff upstairs.
