We have used them twice so far, once for our dining room (where they went above and beyond to help me find a style / color flooring, I was happy with) and once for carpeting for our hallway / staircase. They were meticulous in making sure the patterns would align on the staircase turns as well as once it got up to the hallway. They are our go to flooring place and we plan to use them on many more projects.
