Literally the worst service I have ever received. Alisha (says she's the owner) had excuse after excuse. She was extremely condescending and never helped us FINISH the job. Trying, now, to contact the BBB. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.. The work the was done (after waiting 6 months with no communication) was mediocre at that. If we could get a hold of anyone who hadn't been fired, maybe it would have been different. If you do use this company, good luck getting anyone to help you, Alisha was the worst. She couldn't even find her log in to get into her own system and then tried to act like I didn't know what was going on. Trash... just trash.Services: Roof... read full review

I had used this company last summer and thought everything was good. However, this Spring, I was in the attic and noticed some light coming from the outside roof where the garage meets the second story. It is now very obvious that the flashing was not installed correctly. It appears as though they tried to run the shingles up as close to the J-Channel of the siding instead of under the J-Channel. Either way, I have water coming in through the roof. It is close enough to the eave for me to had not noticed until getting back in there. But now, the wood is wet and beginning to rot and mold.I’ve tried calling them multiple times over the past month(s) but they will not... read full review
