I'm new to Marion SC and a neighbor suggested Zeman. After actually going down meeting them in person, I was very pleased with all I spoke with.They set my appointment up as was on time. The technicians were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the ductwork performed. Now my air is flowing all through my home correctly and cooling much better. I highly recommend zeman! They came to my house a year ago. Suppose to have fixed the a/c. This year it started to not cool for the summer. So I looked where the unit should of been fixed and low an behold. There it goes leaking freon right where I told them. So I called them and told them. Asking what is it that guaranteed for the service last year.they told me that they wasn't told to fix it they was told to Freon it up. I'm thinking that doesn't make sense but can you come out and see what it would cost me to fix it. When they did come out they told me that I needed a dryer and it was going to cost $1,000. So I called someone else and it only cost me the price that they charged me for fixing it last time $275. I was not happy with their service.
