The technician Russell Dennis was amazing. He was in and out within an hour and had my A/C up and running again after a previous company couldn’t figure out the issue. Technician, Russell Dennis, showed up as planned and on time both times he scheduled to visit our church. He conducted an excellent service and educated me on the services he provided and the way forward. He is very respectful, professional, and I recommend him. We had some minor follow up repairs (due to wear and tear) and he was quick to schedule and complete them. Great work, 1st Choice. I will stress that we called several companies for quotes prior to picking a company and 1st Choice offers fair rates that far exceeded their competitors quotes.
