Our experience with Carolina Tree Care was fantastic, starting with a Saturday online request for a cost estimate to delimb or remove 58 pine trees from our home park area. Throughout the process, the office staff and work crew performed in an efficient, exceptional manner. Starting with Jessica, who called the following Monday to discuss the online request. She stated that an estimator would soon call to schedule a visit to assess the park area and provide estimates. It was a wow moment when David came out two days later to assess and provide estimates for the two options. After further discussion with Jessica, she emailed a proposal to remove all pine trees, grind all stumps and haul off debris. Communicating with Jessica and David definitely put us at ease in knowing that we had selected a great company to satisfy our job requirements. Due to a cancellation of a previously scheduled job, foreman Pedro and the work crew reported for duty the next day to begin their phenomenal, whirlwind job effort! They were amazing, organized, polite, courteous, professional, and above all quick and perfect in taking down trees, grinding stumps, and thoroughly making sure that everything was cleaned up as they went along throughout this very challenging tree removal situation. Once they were done, they left the park area better than they found it as if no trees were ever there. It was a delightful, pleasure watching the crew rapidly move to and fro, using their machines and tools in completing all requirements within a very short period of time, despite rain delays. Overall, it was truly a fantastic experience and we most definitely would highly recommend Carolina Tree Care to anyone needing very reasonably priced tree work. We moved to Summerfield back in 2019. James Septic worked with me to manage my inspection for the homes I was looking to buy. The first house i was under contract with they uncovered major issue. They provided me with enough clear documentation to not only allow me to walk away from that house, but to also get my deposit back from the seller of that home.
On my second home contract in 2019 they did a wonderful job identifying some smaller issues with the system and had those fixed before us purchasing the home. Even when the owner and their own septic company didn't agree with the initial assessment. James Septic went a above and beyond to prove that we were right. (It's good when the good guys win)
Since then I have had to call on James Septic to come out twice. One for a float switch/alarm and then a pump.
This company is quick, easy to work with, and honest. They could have easily taken advantage of someone with no working knowledge of a septic system. I typically am a very skeptical person, but I have never felt the need to be with Shannon and Team at James Septic.
They will be my go to for everything related to this system.
