“This beautiful contemporary garage door was the finishing touch in giving our home its new look. AVS Group was super responsive from day one. Alex is a great communicator. He came out promptly after I contacted them and measured to complete a free estimate. We had to delay a couple or three months due to finances and Alex honored the price, came out again to make sure his notes were correct, and sent me a link to order the opener directly to save a few dollars, and gave us an installation date a couple of weeks out so they could make our door. The installers arrived promptly as promised and worked most of the day to remove the old door and opener and make sure the new door and opener were working smoothly. All in all, we received a high quality garage door and a great customer service experience.

Update: We received excellent service after the sale as well, something that I think is even more exceptional. The wall control for our new opener stopped working after several days, so I let Alex know and he had a technician out within a day or two and got it fixed. All’s well, and much appreciated.“

From start to finish, Scott and his team were very communicative. The crew showed up on time every day and got the job done in 3 days exactly. We had lots of prep and patchwork to be done before the painting could even start, and I was impressed with how well they fixed everything. It seriously felt like a new home when they were done!
