My HVAC died a tragic death so I called Powers and Gregory hoping for repair. But sadly that was not to be, it needed to be replaced, for the 3rd time in 30 years. Rodney Powers came out to talk to me and quote me some prices for a replacement. He called me back the same day to tell me the unit was ordered and when they would start the work. His crew was excellent and very courteous. They went above and beyond anything I experienced the 2 previous times I had to do this. Not only did they install the unit but they also replaced all my duct work and installed a new larger return. As I sit here in a cool home this morning, I am beyond grateful to Rodney and team at Powers and Gregory for the quick and efficient response to our downed a/c! Rodney and son went above and beyond to take care of our issue working in the sweltering heat both in our attic and outside our home. Not only that, they made a late afternoon trip to Columbia to pick up the needed part and complete the job so we had a cool home to sleep in last night!We are so thankful, particularly since we have family arriving this afternoon for a long weekend visit!
