“This is my second time using this company. The first time the experience was great. Which lead me to use Erick again. On this second use, he came out for the repair of my toilet, leak under my sink & to get a quote on a new installation for a man cave. Erick repaired my toilet. He tightened a fixture under the sink & said it fixed the leak. Well I went to bed woke up the next morning & water is all over my floor from his repair. I called twice, left a voicemail & texted him the video of the issue & haven’t gotten a response back as of yet. I still haven’t received my quote. This truly breaks my heart because my husband & I try to support the smaller business. Every time we do. We get the short end of the stick. I constantly try to encourage my husband to use the smaller independent contractor. But this is the result we get every time. It cost us $125.00 for Erick to come out and do those repairs & we r still having issues. I am getting no response & I feel betrayed & disappointed. I hate to say it but I am now done using these contractors. All Erick had to do is respond, to let me know that he see my calls, voicemail & / or text. But I got CRICKETS…Update: Erick gave me a call & will be coming back out next week to look at our sink…Thank you for responding…because of this response I will change the stars to a 4 & will update after he come out to check on this repair.Services: Toilet repair“
