DeeDee was beyond a pleasure to work with on our construction loan. She was extremely responsive and made the process seamless. All made possible by Spencer (Lugoff) not only helping us buy and sell our previous farm but then also helping us buy land for a new farm! The new owners also used this team (they are the best).Almost sad this will be the last purchase for a while.
