Christopher was our service technician and was more than accommodating. He explained everything that was to be done in a very professional and respectful manner. He was very thorough & I would highly recommend him.

Had a very tough experience vacationing at Myrtle Beach, but Mike H went above and beyond to make things better. He answered every question and gave me the knowledge needed to avoid the situation again. He is clearly an expert in his field and I would highly recommend him by name for any of your pest control needs.

Amanda did such a good job helping me when I arrived at our family condo to find flees everywhere. When I called she gave me the steps to take to ensure that the treatment would work. We talked about the steps to take till the team could get to the unit. She even helped to calm me down, when I felt like I had them all over me. What a God Send she was to answer the phone. She called me when I gave the address wrong, and said. No this is it. I wish we had more people like her working everywhere. I manage a very large group of customer service reps I have heard the best, and I would rate her along side them.
