Livingston Carpet & Restoration cleaned 3 rooms of carpet today at my home; Buddy did a fantastic job, very personable and advised me to be careful when transitioning from the damp carpet with shoes onto the tile floor because it could be slippery, which I appreciated the advice. I would highly recommend Livingston and will definitely use the company in the future! The company sent reminder text messages of the appointment time & date…the day of the appointment; they sent notification of the service technician was enroute and a photo ID. Price was reasonable too.
They did a perfect job on a rental apartment carpet! They sanitized it then steamed cleaned everything! The best was that he took the time to vacuum twice to pull out the extra water. Dried quickly and looked great. I KNOW it’s clean!
Had rust water spilled on 2 of my barstools seats. Took them to Livingstons and cannot believe the job they did on removing the stains. Looks better now than when they were new. No one thought the rust would come out. They removed red juice from a spill on one of my throw rugs. After hurricane Ian, had 2 rugs cleaned by them. Everything came out and restored to new condition. They are miracle workers and would recommend them for all rug and upholstry needs.
