I purchased my home during the mist of the pandemic. We started the process in august, signed papers and moved out labor day weekend. And we were in our home by January. The home is gorgeous, well designed, accessible and has a sense of luxury.Kennys Team was great throughout the entire process. Quick to communicate and fix any issues we ran into post-construction. He was highly accomodating and helpful in the removal of my old home on my land (needed to remove a fence to access).All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Kenny and his team if you own some land to put one of these amazing homes on. -Matthew Dioszeghy, a Little River Local
