Hands down the BEST groomer! My golden doodle is very timid and is terrified to leave our home due to something traumatic that happened to him in the past. It’s made it difficult to take him for grooms that are very much needed and necessary. We finally were able to get in with Doggie Day Spa and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing they are. The owner Nikohl is the sweetest. She listens to your wants and desires while being 100% honest with what they can and can’t do. She loves on your pup even when, like mine, came in trembling and scared. She came right over and instantly let Wally know it was going to be okay. Her kind, gentle, demeanor is unmatched. She knew I was nervous about him since it was my first time away from him, and with his anxiety I was definitely worried. She sent me pictures and updates of how he was doing the whole time. Rachel was his groomer and to say she is a pro is an understatement. She was so sweet, kind, and gentle. She did exactly what I had wanted and made my scruffy boy good look absolutely perfect. She spent so much time with him and you can tell. I can spend hours telling you how wonderful Doggie Day Spa is. You can tell from the moment you text for an appointment, to when you walk in the door for the first time that they love your pets as much as you do and that you can rest easy knowing they will take the best care of them. Thank you so much for the best experience we could have imagined for our furbaby. You have a lifelong customer in me.
Chelsie does a phenomenal job on my rough collie Chance. He has a coat that needs someone who has experience. We had 2 horrible grooming attempts elsewhere and I am so glad we found her. Chance always comes out so handsome. Pricing is extremely fair, one on one attention, and my pup looks amazing.
