They have been working on replacing balconies and stairwells in our condo complex for 3+ years. They don’t complete one building before moving on to the next. We have several porches and balconies that have been closed off and unusable for over a year! They pull apart the exterior and leave it exposed to the weather for months before returning. Instead of replacing rotted wood, they patch it and paint over it. Very shoddy work. One building they had to keep taking apart and doing over because it wasn’t done correctly. You get what you pay for. Pay a little more for someone that does the job right.

What a complete joke dealing with C&G is. Taking a year and a half to restore 18 decks on our condo building. The entire building was built from the ground up in less time. The workmanship (if you can call it that) is completely unacceptable and appears that children performed the job. Per their superintendent this is the final product. Run don’t walk away from C&G. To make it worse of a crew of about a dozen men only one speaks English therefore the superintendent (if you can refer to him as such) can only communicate with a total of one person on their crew. What a complete failure this company is.

We have a condo at Tilghman beach and racquet club. These contractors have been working on replacing the balconies for over a year. I know this was a huge job, but they have completely stopped with only two stacks left to go. It has been several months and no completion. can’t get an answer from the HOA or from them as to when this job will REALLY be completed. would not recommend. Would love to hear from owner.
