We had been without water for a week due to electrical storm damage to our water heater. Scott came out and was super nice, and worked for a long time. Unfortunately due to the type of baffle we have in our laundry room he was not able to fix it, and he didn’t charge us a thing. He’s a great guy and we will call them again.

Plumb Pros replaced a main water line to our house. Our experience was fantastic!They gave us a quote that was 1/2 of the cost that Ben Franklin quoted.They were able to rearrange their schedule to get us in quickly as we had no water.They were honest about what to expect with the impact on our property and avoided a cut to our driveway. The work was neat Clean up great and we would 100% call them for any of our plumbing needs.I felt like we were dealing with an honest man and his sons. They are like a well oiled machine when doing the work

Scott and his crew are as professional as they come. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Plumb Pros. I had an issue with the main drain line into my septic system. My septic man called Plumb Pros and Scott was at my home within 45 minutes with his crew and his camera. They identified the problem, and although they are extremely busy (all GOOD contractors are BUSY), they had my situation repaired and working long before the initial time frame estimated. Scott was excellent in communicating what the scope of work was, and kept me in the loop every step of the process.
