I had a great experience with Ryan from Southern Solutions. My smaller unit for my basement would produce cold air but no heat. After troubleshooting the PTac unit, He let me know that he could fix the problem I was having but that it would be pretty expensive and that my A/C would work regardless. Honesty goes a long way and I’m glad he gave his honest opinion rather than taking advantage of me and trying to make a quick book. He was on time, efficient and professional.
