I like going to relax nail and spa but it seems like if you continue to keep going regularly, the customer service and the quality of work starts to SUCK! I like my nails and all but I feel like that the quality of the work especially since each time I do go, I always end up being billed 70$ or more. Their quality of work can be better if only they just put forth the effort into their work. When I first started going I was being greeted and all. Now that I am becoming a regular customer I don’t get the same treatment as I want to get. I could easily just go somewhere else and to someone who can do better work. Oh and also my “9 year old” daughter was with me sitting next to me, when one of the nail technicians told us to move to the next spot, “the owner” of relax nail and spa said that my “9 year old “ daughter had to sit way across the other side from me which was at the bar right next to the entrance door. I told her “NO” that she is to sit next to me where I can keep my eyes on her. That goes to show you that they don’t give a “sugar” about their customers SAFETY AND WELL BEING. I won’t be going back anytime soon. Also, they do talk about their customers but only in their native language…it was two young girls that came inside the building, but they both didn’t have a mask on…the nail tech that was doing my nails I could understand the words “Covid “ and “mask”. Here is a picture of my nails…my middle fingers could have been much better work.
