I have used QPHA for the last 8 years and have been extremely pleased with their service in all respects from on time arrival to quality service requiring professional knowledge and expertise - always go the extra mile to solve your problem. 10/8/18 - Just had my bi-annual preventive maintenance - always on time - called ahead to confirm and as usual does a great job keeping our system to maximum efficiency - Thanks QPHA! 03/19/19 - bi-Annual preventive maintenance - ditto to my previous reviews - if you start right you finish right - don't hesitate to start with QPHA! -- 09/30/2019 Another year renewing my contract with QPHA - never disappoints - on time or early...read full review

I called for a tech to come look at my system and was able to have someone come out the same day. The tech that came out, Frankie, was polite and courteous and did not give up when we were both stumped on what was going on. He didn't try to up sell me items I didn't necessarily need and was able to fix the issue without having me buy those items. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has heating/air issues. I know if I experience any issues here or in a future home in Columbia, I will be giving them a call.
