Kathy is absolutely the best. She moved from the Fort Jackson location to Lexington. I've tried other places due to the drive, but it didn't work out, so now I'm taking the drive.The spa is always clean, relaxing atmosphere and the staff is welcoming.I definitely recommend Posh Nail Spa in Lexington or Fort Jackson.

My wife had to find a new nail salon, and was nervous about trying a new place. She had acrylics, powder & Christmas designs on her nails by Ivy. The salon was clean, and Ivy provided the exact nail treatment she wanted (and she’s picky). She was very happy & will go back!

Great customer service..my pedicure wasn’t rushed..the lady did a nice job. I wish someone would have started the massage chair for me because i didn’t know what i was doing but i figured it out lol. I also had my eyebrows cleaned up..they looked really nice…will be returning. Great location & beautiful shop
