This technical support was the best, fabulous! They went beyond the Call of duty to serve me. unless then 3 hours they discovered it was a hardware drive. It took Lenovo week to find out and to accept my words as fact. I told Lenovo it was a hardware problem! I wanted a full refund on this brand new computer. I had it for one month. Lenovo you can have your raggly product back. And I'll never ever buy another one Your customer service is horrible. Hooray and has off, to office Depot in Lexington South Carolina! Thank you Cindy!
