My son is currently in his summer semester of college and due to COVID, it is all online. His laptop stopped charging and was barely hanging on at 9%. He is in class 9 1/2 hours 3 days a week and 5 hours 2 days a week. Scott met us to grab his laptop knowing how crucial it was that we got it back within a few hours when his class started. He got it back to us, holding a charge and with time to spare. He was very kind and professional. We are both grateful for saving us and the computer. I highly recommend him.

I have been using Lexington IT Solutions (LITS) to manage my IT services for some time now. Even with the continuously evolving technology, they are always able to accommodate any of my storage, backup, and network needs. I love Scott! He provides an extremely proactive service and is usually on top of an issue before it even begins to affect our workflow! I called LITS about an issue we needed help with and they were already on it! This happened TWICE! I'm never going anywhere else. The regular updates that they give keep you posted on all activity being done on your device(s). I would recommend them for a both a startup and a well-established business. Even though we had IT support initially when we hired LITS, having them put a second set of eyes on our setup was worth it! I have since transferred all responsibilities to their company thanks to their excellent work.
