Dr Gilbert and her amazing team has treated most of our pups for years. Healthy to the last goodbye. Today, we had to let go of our last little boy. Our 18 year old baby. They were compassionate, sweet, and beyond understanding. I would recommend to ANY person looking for quality care from a puppy (that I’m so glad we had to come home to after today) until the day you have to say, see you at the bridge. Heartbroken though we are, I love this office

I took my pets to Dr Gilbert for a very long time before I moved to West Columbia.She is a wonderful, caring vet.She even came to my house to help my dog go over the " Rainbow Bridge " because she was too large for me to carry.I miss seeing Dr G. but the loss of a pet just hurts too much for me to get another.If you have a pet you love, go see Dr Gilbert. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gilbert and the team at Lexington Animal Clinic. Dr. Gilbert has been taking care of my three dogs for a while, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care and expertise she provides.
Dr. Gilbert's passion for animals is evident in every interaction. She takes the time to thoroughly examine my dogs, patiently answers all my questions, and always provides clear and compassionate guidance for their well-being. Her knowledge and professionalism are truly impressive.
