Dr Gilbert and her staff are very caring! From the moment you get checked in to the moment you leave, there is warmth, compassion and trust. I had a problem on a day that Dr Gilbert was not in the office and she called me back within minutes to give me instructions for my pup. Super!
I would like to apologize to the landscper who stopped from passing thru his property. I am sorry regardless of the situation it was wrong of me to do so. Honestly I was angry at that moment but it was my ego . I completely agree with your decision. Once again I am truly very sorry.
Dr. Gilbert & her entire team are wonderful, everyone from her office staff to clinical team! They we're very accommodating to my chronically ill pet who was suffering a unexpected health emergency. Dr. Gilbert was able to provide my family & I with the resources and information to allow my pet to most comfortably return home on palliative care to allow us to say goodbye to our sweet girl before being laid to rest. The kindness from the staff made a difficult situation a bit more bearable as well as I was confident in Dr. Gilberts expert advise in the situation.
