Totally impressed. Clean-cut and professional. I told them I needed a new system and a quote to replace my 15 year old AC. They sent a real engineer (Steve) and he looked at my AC and gave us a very competitive quote and some options to save some money both now and later. Rather than tell me what he was going to do, he studied the system and the house a bit. He asked a lot of questions about what we need, our electric bill, hot/cold spots and how we use AC day to day. My wife and I learned a LOT. His attention to detail was impressive. We are now cool again and our first electric bill was half of last year's bill in the same month!
