Diagnosed problem, put piping back to original configuration, adjusted circulating pump timer and ordered mixing valve. Could have been avoided had the original technician had proper knowledge!
I have used Kay Plumbing services on four occasions. Each time the work was done expertly, in minimum time, and for reasonable costs. I trust Konrad and his team to handle my plumbing needs (install gas line to new gas oven, connect to new gas meter and provision required valves and cutoffs, install connections to new tub in master bath, install new thermostat for heat pump/AC) with skill and professionalism.
Called with an emergency water line break issue at 6:45 AM on the Saturday of the Labor Day weekend and they showed up promptly @ 8AM and expertly and efficiently resolved our issue.
I called four (4) other plumbers who advertised emergency service; one did not pick up, one could not promise a call back today due the holiday weekend and the other could not come until Sunday the next day.
They were Johnny on the spot and we even signed up for their maintenance program which I have never done in 40 years!!!
