There is no question that I will be back and here is why: they did right by me, the customer. There was a parts issue with my phone that caused my repair wait time to be extended significantly. Then, the part was broken. While I was frustrated at the situation, the employees ultimately were eager to discuss next steps, remedy the situation, and share their knowledge. They came up with a solution and shared it with me tactfully and humbly. Great customer service!

I found them online and decided to call. I explained my issue with my son iPad and the rep ask me to bring it in. She called within 30 mins and said the problem is fix. Very professional and reasonable
