I LOVE LIZ!!!! Out of every massage I've ever had, she blows everybody out of the water. She truly cares how my body feels when I leave her! To her it is not about the money, it is about wellness, Leaving her is difficult because she is very smart and our conversations are always rewarding (to me it makes the session even better) ***Just had the prenatal massage and it was incredible!!*** didn't have to lay on my tummy like other places make you. This was the best! NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE~!!!!

August 2013 Searched everywhere in Columbia for a prenatal massage with good reviews about the therapist and affordable prices. Couldn't find any, so I searched in Lexington and this place and massage therapist - Liz had glowing reviews. I immediately scheduled an appointment. I was suffering from round ligament pain especially to the my right hip - it had gotten to the point where any movement or reposition was painful and I was having difficulty walking and sleeping and nothing helped - warm baths, Tylenol, off loading, nothing.
