On point. I have a smallish home with a steep roof that I had neglected over the years to the point that I developed a leak. I called around and had a couple of companies check it out. Heritage got my business and I'm glad.Here's why.The owner (Rusty) and his son came out to do the initial inspection and were very up front and detailed about what needed to be addressed. Rusty met with the insurance adjuster which was very helpful. When we came to an agreement Rusty was very thorough and detailed in his explanation of what would be done and the materials that would be used.
