Floor Pro did an excellent job! Their communication concerning our appointment was the best. They even sent us a picture of the men who would be cleaning our home. Safety seemed to be a high priority to them. Once they arrived, they were professional and thorough. We will definitely use them again.

For the most part, the carpet cleaning was very good. I did have them return to redo a section in two rooms I think needed special attention that wasn't caught the first time. it was taken care of without further issues. Techs were professional and polite.
