If you think your brita pitcher or fridge water filter is doing anything more than removing chlorine….you should give EPI a call and let them test your water. Our water tasted terrible out of the sink, fridge and our water filtration pitcher. We had an under sink water filtration system installed 6 months ago, and it’s a game changer! I needed to update my system and made a call to get a new system. Steve came out to the house and installed my system. I was very impressed with contact prior to my appt. Steve called and gave me early notice that he was on the way and called again to let me know that he was about 20 minutes out. Steve installed my system quickly and explained the workings and what to expect on the day to day and any actions that may damage the equipment. Steve advised me of an iron boss system to further improve water and get my PH above 5-6. He came back out and installed that unit as well. Mr. Steve Palmer did an outstanding job in testing my water system and explained everything to me how I am doing a good job in turning on my drinking water faucet every week. Also, how I am keeping the salt level in the tank good. He has very good customer skills and very professional, thanks Steve.??
